Удосконалення організації вантажних перевезень в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Метою роботи є удосконалення організації вантажних перевезень в умовах цифровізації. Об’єктом дослідження є процес вантажних перевезень в залізничній транспортній системі. Методи дослідження. Достовірність отриманих результатів i висновків забезпечена обраними методами дослідження. В роботі використано емпіричні та теоретичні методи. До емпіричних віднесено: порівняння, заміри, опис, а також методи обробки даних (кількісного та якісного аналізу), а до теоретичних: аналіз; синтез; системний підхід; аналогія; формалізація та моделювання. Одержані висновки та ïx новизна. У ході дослідження було розроблено та вдосконалено підходи до організації вантажних перевезень із застосуванням цифрових технологій. Наукова новизна полягає в розробці теоретико-множинної моделі функціонування перевантажувального терміналу, яка забезпечує комплексний підхід до обробки складно-структурованих вантажопотоків. Особливістю ціеї моделі є можливість визначення необхідної кількості перевантажувального обладнання з урахуванням нерівномірності надходження вантажів, що є актуальним для сучасних логістичних систем із високою варіативністю потоків. Запропонована модель дозволяє отримати розподіл ймовірностей щодо потреби в pecypcax, що сприяє підвищенню точності планування та ефективнішому використанню виробничих потужностей терміналу. Розроблений підхід може бути інтегрований у більш складні імітаційні моделі, оріентовані на оптимізацію функціонування термінально-логістичних центрів (ТЛЦ), що сприятиме підвищенню рівня управління вантажопотоками та загальній ефективності логістичних операцій. Апробацію здійснено на студентській науково-технічній конференції УкрДУЗТ.

EN: The purpose of the study is to improve the organization of freight transportation in the context of digitalization. The object of sшdy is the process of freight transportation in the railway transportation system. Research lъethods. The reliability of the results and conclusions obtained is ensured by the selected research methods. The study uses empirical and theoretical methods. The empirical methods include comparison, measurement, description, and data processing methods (quantitative and qualitative analysis), and the theoretical methods include analysis; synthesis; systematic approach; analogy; formalization and modeling. Conclusions and novelty. The study developed and improved approaches to the organization of freight transportation using digital technologies. The scientific novelty lies in the development of а theoretical set model of the transshipment terminal functioning, which provides an integrated approach to the processing of complexly structured cargo flows. А feature of this model is the ability to determine the required number of transshipment equipment, taking into account the unevenness of cargo flows, which is relevant for modern logistics systems with high variability of flows. The proposed model allows obtaining the probability distribution of resoнrce requirements, which contributes to improved planning accuracy and more efficient use of the terminal's production capacity. The developed approach can be integrated into more complex simulation models aimed at optimizing the functioning of terminal and logistics centers (TLCs), which will help to increase the level of cargo flow management and the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
