Abstract

As known, war in the age of information society is a fierce struggle for the information space, souls and thoughts of people. Understanding the state of society, that associated with significant uncertainty in the development and cessation of hostilities, is important and deserves constant attention to the trends of changes. In view of this uncertainty, the condition of a person who interacts with information technologies acquires special importance, and the consequences of information policy need to be studied in various aspects.
