Оцінювання підвищення ефективності використання напіввагонів

Abstract

UA: У статті запропоновано науково-методичний підхід для визначення зміни кількісних показників використання напіввагонів для перевезення в них навантажених контейнерів за порожнім напрямком у зв’язку із зменшенням їхнього порожнього пробігу. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід для визначення впливу коефіцієнта порожнього пробігу вагонів до навантаженого на собівартість перевезення навантажених контейнерів у напіввагонах за порожнім напрямком. Оцінено підвищення ефективності використання напіввагонів за рахунок перевезення в них навантажених контейнерів за порожнім напрямком.

EN: Rail transport plays a leading role in cargo transportation in Ukraine. Freight transportation accounts for the largest share of income of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in the overall income structure. A significant part of the profit consists of funds received from cargo transportation. For the period from 2006 to 2021, there is a trend towards a decrease in the quantitative indicators of freight transport by rail. During this period, operational cargo turnover decreased by 27.2 %. The reduction in cargo turnover and a significant increase in the cost of material resources causes high growth rates in the cost of transporting goods. Significant physical and moral wear and tear of the active part of fixed production assets, which include freight cars, worsen these negative trends. In these conditions, JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” needs to find internal reserves of a technical, technological and economic nature to reduce operating costs. One of these measures is to increase the efficiency of using rolling stock. The cost of freight transportation is influenced by the quality indicators of the use of freight cars: static and dynamic overload, car turnover, average daily productivity, empty run ratio. The influence of quality indicators of the use of rolling stock on the cost of freight transportation is determined by the method of unit expense rates. This method establishes the dependence of the cost of freight transportation on the quality indicator of the use of rolling stock. The article discusses a scientific and methodological approach to determining quantitative and qualitative indicators of the use of gondola cars for transporting loaded containers in an empty direction. A scientific and methodological approach is proposed to determine the influence of the coefficient of empty run of cars on the cost of transporting containers with cargo in gondola cars in an empty direction. An assessment is made of increasing the efficiency of using gondola cars due to this measure.
