Удосконалення технології переробки контейнерів у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA: За останні роки значно зросли контейнерні перевезення, які розвиваються швидкими темпами і сприяють підвищенню конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту. У статті розглянуто питання, присвячені підвищенню ефективності застосування сучасних технологій переробки контейнерів в Україні. З урахуванням цього досліджено сучасні інноваційні методи, використовувані при перевезенні та обробці контейнерів за кордоном. Обґрунтовано ефективність використання ричстакерів замість козлових кранів при обробці контейнерів на контейнерному терміналі відповідно до сучасних реалій.

EN: In recent years, there has been significant growth in container transportation, which is developing at a fast pace and contributes to increasing the competitiveness of railway transport. The article deals with issues related to increasing the efficiency of the use of modern container processing technologies in Ukraine. Today, due to the state of war, Ukraine is in difficult conditions, the infrastructure is partially occupied and under fire, which complicates the operation of all transport facilities, including container terminals. Thus, the container terminal has to work on a shortened schedule (16 hours instead of 24) in conditions of power outages, which makes it impossible for the gantry cranes to work, and thus leads to an increase in downtime of containers at the terminals and their accumulation. Where does the problem arise to ensure the rational use of existing containers and the reduction of idle empty and unloaded containers. Thus, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to improve the technology of work on recycling containers due to the use of more electronic technologies. Taking this into account, modern innovative methods used in the transportation and processing of containers abroad are being researched. The effectiveness of using river stackers instead of gantry cranes when handling containers at the container terminal is substantiated in accordance with modern realities.
