Розробка організаційно-управлінської моделі інноваційно-орієнтованого промислово-логістичного кластеру

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено, що можливість інноваційного розвитку залізничного транспорту України значною мірою залежить від рівня інноваційної активності промислових підприємств залізничного транспорту, передусім від здатності останніх реалізувати стратегічно значимі для галузі інноваційні проекти та забезпечити інтегроване управління життєвим циклом створюваних інновацій, що можливо виконати винятково за рахунок реалізації якісно нової моделі розвитку підприємств галузі. Встановлено, що в умовах глобалізації реалізація засад інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств залізничного транспорту нерозривно пов’язана з кластерним підходом до управління процесами інноваційно-технологічної модернізації. Запропоновано створення інноваційно-орієнтованого промислово-логістичного кластеру, визначено передумови його формування та подано організаційноуправлінську модель.

EN: In the article it is determined that the possibility of innovative development of railway transport of Ukraine is heavily dependent on the level of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of railway transport and, above all, the ability of the latter to implement strategically important industry for innovative designs and provide integrated lifecycle management generated innovation. This is possible only through the implementation of a qualitatively new model of industrial development of the railway industry. It was established that in the context of globalization implementation of the principles of innovative development of industrial enterprises of railway transport is inextricably linked with the cluster approach in the management of the processes of innovation and technological upgrading. In accordance with the suggested creation of innovation-oriented industrial and logistics cluster, defined conditions of its formation and presents the organizational and management model.
